This Erasmus+ KA122-ADU project is designed to support adult learners, small business owners, and educators in developing key digital, entrepreneurial, and sustainability competences. Through international mobility activities, participants gain hands-on experience in applying AI tools, digital marketing strategies, and sustainable business practices in real-life learning environments.

The project addresses existing gaps in digital skills, limited access to innovative learning methods, and the growing need for sustainable and AI-driven solutions in adult education and business development. By engaging in structured learning experiences, participants enhance their employability, adaptability, and capacity for lifelong learning.

Implementation is based on a combination of mobility activities, practical training, and the development of Open Educational Resources (OERs), ensuring that knowledge and results are transferable and accessible beyond the project duration.

Through job shadowing activities in Belgrade, direct insight into real working practices and contemporary approaches to digital and sustainable operations is gained. The event in Ulm enables further development of this knowledge through hands-on learning, exchange of experience, and work on concrete challenges in an international context. Furthermore, the acquired knowledge and skills are transferred and expanded through internal and dissemination workshops, allowing a wider group of participants to benefit from the results. In this way, a continuous learning process is established, with effects extending beyond the directly involved participants.
